"As someone who has spent most of her life feeling disconnected from the human reality, I want to share the tools that help keep me grounded with people who might be going through similar experiences. CBT therapy saved my life, and I want to integrate CBT principles in my life coaching practice because I believe a CBT approach is conducive to deep introspective work. I want to help my clients identify their strengths and talents in an attempt to amplify self-confidence and promote genuine optimal health and happiness.


Beyond the physical, health is also mental, emotional, spiritual and social. One can only be truly and optimally healthy when all five are tended to. The human body should not be viewed as a machine, but rather as a sentient being with a soul. To me, that is what holistic health and wellness is all about: honouring the interconnected and interdependent nature of the mind, soul, and body by tending to the five dimensions of health. 


I am drawn to integrative wellness because I find that it combines traditional therapeutic services with social and behavioural science, and thus encompasses every dimension of health. My goal is to provide my clients with the tools necessary to assist them on their healing journey. As a holistic health and wellness coach, I believe my role is not to heal people, but to help them heal themselves. I have come to understand that positive change is more likely in situations where the client is in charge of their own personal development."
