Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. All of our jewelry items are handcrafted with perfect love and require a longer processing time in order to ensure quality.



All Ethereal Kezia jewelry items are final sale and are covered by our Ethereal Warranty

The Ethereal Warranty is a limited lifetime warranty, meaning our jewelry items are covered for as long as Ethereal Kezia remains operational.

Ethereal Kezia will gladly repair or replace jewelry items damaged due to workmanship and material defects free of charge. Simply email us at support@etherealkezia.com with the following info: 

  • your name and phone number;

  • description of the problem;

  • pictures showing the defect(s) on the item;

  • your purchase receipt.

We will get back to you with follow-up instructions depending on the case.

Please note that all shipping to Ethereal Warranty must be pre-paid. Ethereal Kezia rejects responsibility for any and all lost in-bound packages.

The Ethereal Warranty does not cover the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use or damage caused by negligence.
